Everyone focuses today on performance outcomes—for good reason. From both an individual and organizational perspective, measured outcomes are a crucial part of focusing behaviour and accomplishing results. We also, however, take into account the fact that it is the (interior) values, motivations, intelligences, etc., that produce those results in the first place. As such, our framework takes a more balanced approach, one that incorporates both the interior as well as the exterior dimensions of Leadership.

Utilizing the Integral Framework, we are able to integrate and align both the interior (subjective) and exterior (observable) dimensions of Organizational Leadership.
